Emerald Care
Your first service is complimentary at approximately 300 km of riding. We pick up your e-bike from your home, professionally service it, and return it to you. After that, our Premium Service is available for $149 CAD, recommended every six months. It's completely optional and never a condition of your 12-month limited warranty.
The service journey
Schedule your service directly from your EMERALD owner account. Your booking is linked to your e-bike and its service history.
We collect your e-bike from your home at a scheduled time and transport it safely to our service facility.
We photograph and document your e-bike’s condition upon arrival, with records available in your owner account.
Our technicians inspect and tune your e-bike, checking the brakes, drivetrain, wheels, tyres, fasteners, and electrical components as needed.
If additional repairs or non-warranty work are needed, we explain the work and cost and obtain your approval before proceeding.
Your e-bike is cleaned and delivered back to your door, with a digital service report and photographs saved in your owner account.
Emerald Care
After approximately 300 km of riding, we’ll pick up your e-bike from your home for a comprehensive first service - including mechanical and electrical inspections, adjustments, lubrication, cleaning, a final safety check and test ride. We’ll then return it to you with a complete digital service record. After that, Premium Service is optional and is never a condition of your warranty.
