Your EMERALD e-bike comes with a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of installation, covering eligible manufacturing defects. Approved replacement parts are provided at no cost. For services outside warranty coverage, we’ll explain the costs and request your approval before proceeding.
Non-warranty work requires customer approval before charging.
