Limited Warranty

12 months of coverage for eligible manufacturing defects, starting from the date of installation.

Warranty Coverage: Your EMERALD e-bike is covered by a 12-month limited warranty beginning on its installation date.
Covered Defects: Approved replacement parts for eligible manufacturing defects are provided at no cost.
Customer-Paid Services: Routine maintenance, normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, and impact damage are not covered under the limited warranty.
Your Approval Matters: Any non-warranty work will be quoted and requires your approval before charges are incurred.
