General terms and conditions of sale have not been supplied by Emerald and are deliberately not drafted here. The four policies below are published exactly as Emerald wrote them. All customer-facing wording still needs review for Ontario consumer-law compliance before publication — see PENDING-WORK.md.
Test Ride, Delivery & Assembly
How your Emerald e-bike gets to you, from your first test ride to delivery and assembly.
14-Day Change-of-Mind Return
Fourteen calendar days from delivery, while the carton is still sealed.
Limited Warranty
12 months of coverage for eligible manufacturing defects, starting from the date of installation.
Premium Service Programme
Your first service is complimentary at approximately 300 km of riding. After that, Premium Service is optional, recommended every six months, and currently priced at $149 CAD per service. It is not a requirement for maintaining your 12-month limited warranty.
