Your first service: what actually happens
We collect the bike from your door, photograph its condition, and return it. Here is the full list.

The first service is complimentary and recommended at around 300 km, which for most riders is four to six weeks in. Cables have settled, spokes have bedded in, and bolts have found their working torque.
We collect from your address, photograph the bike's condition into your customer profile, transport it protected, and carry out the full inspection and tune-up before returning it to you with a digital service record.
