At around 300 km of riding, we’ll pick up your e-bike from your home for a comprehensive first service - including mechanical and electrical inspections, adjustments, lubrication, cleaning, a final safety check and test ride. We’ll then return it to you with a complete digital service record. After that, Premium Service is optional and is never a condition of your warranty.
